A credit card on file is required for all appointment bookings. Your credit card will charged at the end of your scheduled appointment.

By booking an appointment online, you agree to Dr. Helms’s cancellation policy that all appointment cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours notice otherwise the credit card on file will be charged for the full cost of the appointment.

Sports Chiropractic

Sports Chiropractic sessions are designed to address current injuries and prevent future ones. Dr. Paul treats pain and dysfunctional using a combination of chiropractic adjusting, myofascial release, and physical rehabilitation/functional strength training to reduce patient pain and make them less likely to suffer re-injury in the future.

Dr. Paul Helms DC, CSCS

Dr. Paul Helms, DC, CSCS has been an injury rehabilitation specialist and sports performance expert since 2014. In his years of treating a wide array of athletes including  NFL and NBA professional athletes, acrobats, marathon runners, and CrossFitters.

His drive to learn powerful, non-invasive treatment methods stems directly from his experiences as an athlete and managing his own athletic injuries during his time as a high school cross country and track runner, collegiate D1 rower, and CrossFit coach. His injuries and experiences inspired him to learn methods such as chiropractic adjusting, myofascial release, physical rehabilitation, stretching, and percussion.

Dr. Paul is a strong believer in patient independence. He makes it a point to develop every patient’s physical ability safely and educate them on the best ways they can stay injury free and perform at their best. This includes an emailed session report after every appointment to ensure clients know what was found, what was done, and what the next steps will be.
